Our guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at Drawstrings meets your standards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days for an exchange only.  Most of the items on our website are not ready for immediate shipping.  To complete some order can be 48hrs to 4 weeks for delivery.  Once you have place the order email to george@drawstrings.com and request a approximate ship date.  For all returns, please allow 2 weeks for your exchange to be processed.

How do I return something?

Request a return authorization:  email to george@drawstrings.com and specify the reason for the exchange and also include your information and invoice number you are referring to. 

Who pays for return shipping?

For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. If you request a replacement item by size change, there is no charge to ship the item to you. However, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of the additional items and shipping charges. If the exchange is of lesser value, we will need permission to credit your credit card for the original order and place a new order.  Custom dyed to orders will be a service charge of 25% stocking fee.

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.

Refund Policy

We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. We refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or defective product.

If the return is not a result of our error and you initiate a return of an unopened item within 30 days of delivery,* we refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.

If you return an item that has been opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund  minus both original shipping charge and return shipping fees. Products decrease in value over time. Therefore, we reduce funds for returns you initiate more than 30 days after delivery or received at our returns processing facility within 45 days.
